In 2006, a new chapter unfolded as the property opened its doors as Pinewood Resort, inviting families, friends, corporate teams, communities, and individuals to experience the same warmth, calm, and natural charm that had been cultivated over the years. Thoughtfully designed to blend with its surroundings, Pinewood became a space where people could relax, reconnect, and celebrate effortlessly and naturally.
Our Journey
Pinewood traces its roots back to 1989, when it began as a simple farmhouse nurtured by Mr. Savio Lobo and Mrs. Ave Lobo in the peaceful countryside of Karjat. Surrounded by open sky, lush greenery, and fresh air, it was a space shaped by a love for nature, simplicity, and quiet living.
What started as a private retreat gradually grew into a place defined by moments, memories, and meaningful connections.
Today, Pinewood Resort has evolved into a vibrant destination for every generation, where every gathering feels personal and every experience feels alive, yet its essence remains unchanged, embedded deeply in nature and connection.
